Open search on your task bar

Depending on your system settings, you may need administrator rights and to accept the download in any protection systems active. On MS Defender, select "More info" and scroll to the right side of the window and select "Run anyway" (which may be hidden on the right hand side.You should find the download in your downloads folder. You can copy or drag it to your desktop and click it to start.
